The Beach Continued

Why did I choose such a long canvas?

I'm tired of painting waves.  It would feel so good to paint a tree.  A tree in the middle of the ocean.  A house?  A cliff?  A large bird?  Hours go by and I stand back and think, ' Wow, I covered a whole inch and a half today.'  

I really like the look of large canvases.  I also like fast projects.  Hmf.  

My husband bought me chocolates for valentines yesterday.  I might as well be chewing on coffee beans.  So hard to sit in one place for long with all that sugar running through my system.    I need like a mocha vodka valium latte - or a shorter canvas.
